What We\'re Looking For
What We're Looking For
- 2 to 5 years of experience in the HVAC field or related construction experience
- Familiarity with hand and power tools
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Someone who enjoys building and solving problems
- Experience with HVAC system installation or wants to learn
- Knowledge of mechanical systems, ductwork, and piping installation
- Understanding of low-voltage electrical work, wiring, and controls
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Experience with brazing, soldering, or pipefitting
- Familiarity rooftop units (RTUs), and split systems
- Ability to work in various environments (indoor, outdoor, tight spaces, heights)
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability on job sites
- Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and customers
- Self-motivated and able to work independently when needed
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- EPA Certification
- Forklift, Scissor Lift, and Boom Lift Certifications
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
