- Process Union Reports
- Accounts Receivable
- Accounts Payable
- Track Sales Tax and complete State required forms
- Organize and maintain files and records both digital and physical copies
- Copy and distribute documents
- Maintain multiple quickbooks accounts
- Inventory and order office supplies
- Complete special projects
- Process mail, USPS, Fed Ex, UPS
- Track employee expenses
- Process timesheets
- Maintain employee files and employee benefit administration
- Other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45, $50,000.00 per year
