Qualifications
- Experience with Leases and Lease Administration
- Skills in Resident Retention and fostering positive resident relationships
- Proficiency in Communication, both verbal and written
- Customer Service skills that emphasize attentiveness and problem-solving
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
- Knowledge of property management or leasing is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or education in real estate or property management is a plus
