Part-Time | TemporaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented Asset Manager to support account leads in managing creative assets and internal workflows across digital and traditional media campaigns. This role plays a key part in ensuring projects move efficiently from planning through launch while maintaining accuracy, quality, and timelines. ResponsibilitiesSupport Account Leads with internal planning processes, meetings, timelines, and approvalsObtain and organize project specifications for internal creative teams and external agenciesManage, prepare, and traffic creative assets across all platforms for final deployment and launchProof creative materials to ensure copy accuracy and compliance with specsTrack campaign progress and ensure all assets launch on time and as approvedMaintain clear documentation and communication across teamsQualificationsMinimum two years experience in an advertising or media agency Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detailExperience managing creative assets across digital and traditional media channelsAbility to proof creative for accuracy, formatting, and specificationsFamiliarity with project management or asset management tools is a plusWork with a positive and collaborative attitude when prioritizing tasks and practices.Proficiency with Google Sheets, Google Slides, Office platforms (Excel/Word/PowerPoint), Slack, Monday.com or other project management tools is a plus.Additional DetailsPart-time, temporary positionHybrid or remote flexibility may be available depending on location and team needsOpportunity to work with cross-functional teams on integrated campaigns
