Part-Time | Temporary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Asset Manager to support account leads in managing creative assets and internal workflows across digital and traditional media campaigns. This role plays a key part in ensuring projects move efficiently from planning through launch while maintaining accuracy, quality, and timelines.
- Support Account Leads with internal planning processes, meetings, timelines, and approvals
- Obtain and organize project specifications for internal creative teams and external agencies
- Manage, prepare, and traffic creative assets across all platforms for final deployment and launch
- Proof creative materials to ensure copy accuracy and compliance with specs
- Track campaign progress and ensure all assets launch on time and as approved
- Maintain clear documentation and communication across teams
- Minimum two years experience in an advertising or media agency
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail
- Experience managing creative assets across digital and traditional media channels
- Ability to proof creative for accuracy, formatting, and specifications
- Familiarity with project management or asset management tools is a plus
- Work with a positive and collaborative attitude when prioritizing tasks and practices.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets, Google Slides, Office platforms (Excel/Word/PowerPoint), Slack, Monday.com or other project management tools is a plus.
