USOC Biomedical is seeking a highly reliable and self-driven IT Support Specialist to serve as the sole IT resource for the organization. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, and security. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, proactive, and comfortable operating as a one-person IT team while partnering closely with leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and support company hardware, software, and network systems
- Manage IT inventory including procurement, tracking, deployment, and lifecycle management of devices and equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for end users in a timely manner
- Ensure systems are secure, up-to-date, and operating efficiently
- Administer user accounts, roles, and permissions within NetSuite
- Manage and maintain user profiles and ensure appropriate system access controls are enforced
- Support system integrations and assist with NetSuite-related troubleshooting
- Oversee access control, including issuing and revoking badges
- Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers for system maintenance, upgrades, or repairs
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related functions across the organization
- Provide regular updates and recommendations to the General Manager
- Responsible for meeting ISO 9001 and/or other quality system requirements in their department
- May perform other duties as assigned
- Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred
- 3–7 years of experience in IT administration or similar role
- Experience with ERP system administration, preferably NetSuite
- Strong knowledge of hardware, networking, and system administration
- Experience managing access control systems and surveillance (camera systems)
- Must possess proficient communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
