Your Role We’re looking for a Senior Manager of Property Product Strategy & Development to lead the design, build, and performance of our next-generation homeowners portfolio. This is a high impact role at the center of underwriting, pricing, technology, and customer experience—owning products that drive profitable growth across markets.
This role will lead a team of product managers responsible for building and scaling personal lines property products (homeowners, condo, renters) across markets.
In this role, you’ll own the full product lifecycle—from concept to deployment to performance optimization—partnering closely with Actuarial, Data Science, Technology, and State Product Management teams to deliver products that win in the market and perform on the bottom line.
Once products are in market, you will own their ongoing performance and evolution—continuously optimizing for profitable growth, competitiveness, and customer value. This includes managing expense strategy through vendor partnerships and operational efficiencies, refining underwriting, pricing, and contract design, and finding opportunities to enhance product features and customer experience. You will proactively evaluate new data sources, tools, and industry standard processes to improve risk selection, pricing precision, and speed to market, ensuring our property portfolio remains high-performing and differentiated.

- Shape the future of property insurance Influence underwriting strategies, product design, and portfolio decisions in a rapidly evolving risk environment (cat, climate, regulation).

- Bachelor's degree in related area or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 8 years of increasingly responsible product management experience
- 3-5 years experience leading a personal lines property product management team with demonstrated success in delivering new products and features from concept to launch
- Ability to define product strategy, product positioning, prioritize and articulate the rationale behind your decisions.
- Knowledge of product and project management, product profitability, underwriting, and planning
- Enjoys working across strategic and tactical levels of a project
- Strategic, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Mastery of product analysis, principles and methods.
- Business and technical writing skills (e.g., proposals, PowerPoint presentation, business requirements, Microsoft project, Suite Microsoft Office)
- Experience working with IT/technology teams to bring new products and/or product enhancements to life
- Project management techniques and processes; highly skilled negotiator
- Communication, presentation, and persuasion skills with internal and external partners and team members
- Understanding of business systems and processes and how they link together
- Exceptional financial analysis and reporting skills
- 5 years of property product leadership with demonstrated success in delivering new products and features from concept to launch
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Experience with catastrophe risks management
