Main purpose of the job: Support the Project Managers in coordinating, tracking, and optimizing the execution of wind tower manufacturing projects. The role ensures documentation, timely issue resolution, and clear communication between internal and external stakeholders to drive efficient project delivery.
Main Responsibilities:
. Track and update project milestones, deliverables, and status reports in coordination with internal stakeholders.
. Monitor production schedules and current status and escalate risks or delays to project managers.
. Support issue management by documenting and following up on production-related problems and mitigation plans.
. Collect, review, and validate operational data for reporting and decision-making purposes utilizing Power BI dashboard.
. Support sales closing or tracking revenue plan by checking monthly invoicing plan.
Skills Required:
. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and basic Power BI or dashboard tools
. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
. Effective written and verbal communication skills
. Decision-making and problem-solving skills through data-driven analysis

Qualifications:
. Bachelor’s Degree in Business analysis, Data analytics, or a related field
