CS Tool Engineering is a family-owned precision mold builder specializing in high-quality plastic injection molds for the automotive and consumer products industries. We are seeking dependable, motivated CNC Gun Drill Operators to join our growing team on both 1st and 2nd Shift.

Position Summary
The CNC Gun Drill Operator is responsible for setting up and operating CNC gun drilling equipment whilemaintaining exceptional quality and efficiency. This position requires previous CNC machining experienceand the ability to operate multiple machines while maintaining production standards.
Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC gun drilling machines.
Monitor machine performance and make necessary offsets and adjustments.
Load and unload steel and tooling safely.
Operate multiple CNC machines simultaneously while maintaining quality and productionrequirements.
Read blueprints and engineering drawings.
Verify dimensions using precision measuring equipment.
Perform routine machine maintenance and keep work areas clean and organized.
Report quality or equipment concerns promptly.
Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
Qualifications
Previous CNC machine operating experience required.
Experience with gun drilling equipment is preferred but training will be provided to the rightcandidate.
Ability to read blueprints and follow work instructions.
Familiarity with precision measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, and indicators.
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize work while operating multiple machines.
Dependable with excellent attendance and a positive attitude.
Ability to safely lift materials as required.
