Job Summary:

Provides leadership for Geospatial Sales. Closes opportunities for Geospatial, resulting in long-term, recurring revenue. Focus on key industry verticals as identified by company strategy. Promotes operational excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within Geospatial. Implements and incorporates key performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and success.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Ability to motivate and guide direct reports to ensure performance in accordance with clear expectations and goals.
  • Ability to provide honest and timely guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specific skill areas needed to accomplish a task or solve a problem.
  • Responsible for departmental workflow including assigning, scheduling, and ensuring the quality and quantity of work for direct reports or area of focus.
  • Provide coaching and development to direct reports in areas of responsibility to support CSTECH.AI and their career development goals.
  • Develops high-performing teams that apply their diverse skills and perspective to achieve successful outcomes.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and strategy for Geospatial Sales.
  • Close Geospatial revenue by strategizing with Capture Operations and Client Success.
  • Develop effective sales strategies to meet organizationally defined targets for Geospatial Sales.
  • Outline, document, and execute department processes to support efficiencies, collaboration, and impact the client experience.
  • Develop and customize client pitches to effectively persuade clients that our solutions are right for them.
  • Collaborate with CSTech.Ai Capture Operations and Client Success teams to close Geospatial opportunities.
  • Work with Leadership Team to incorporate key performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and success.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Geospatial Sales Focus:

It is important for Geospatial Sales to close contracts that will give us new, recurring Geospatial revenue. Geospatial Sales should measure our progress and success with metrics. Geospatial Sales should be laser focused on the right clients, the right industries, and the right types of projects. To meet our Geospatial goals, it is important that Geospatial Sales prioritizes the opportunities that will give us new service revenue and utilize sales tools (i.e. CRM, forecasting, etc.) to effectively track and communicate the health of the sales organization and opportunities in our pipeline.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • The ability to learn quickly and to creatively solve new problems.
  • The ability to demonstrate resourcefulness to find solutions to issues, and create efficiencies and innovation.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external clients.
  • Demonstrates the successful ability to build positive relationships and partnerships within department, across the organization and with external clients.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred.
  • Five Years of sales experience, geospatial, telecommunications, utility or related industries preferred.
  • Prior experience leading teams or projects required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift (or carry) up to 45 pounds at times.
  • Ability to climb ladders and negotiate work areas at various heights including those under construction.
  • Performing this job requires the use of hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls, sit, talk and hear, stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • Physical ability to navigate un-even surfaces and climb permanent and temporary stairs.
  • Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Travel (up to 50%) includes overnight.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
