POSITION OVERVIEW
FixRoof.com is hiring a full-time W2 Outside Sales Representative.
You will:
- Run appointments
- Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters
- Build scopes and pricing
- Present options
- Close deals
This is real in-home sales. No fluff.
PAY STRUCTURE
- $25/hour base pay
- 10% commission on $0 – $99,000
- 15% commission on $100,000 – $199,000
- 20% commission on $200,000
Commission is paid on gross.
No cap.

SCHEDULE
- Monday through Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- No weekends required
LOCATION
- Must report daily to Hillsdale, Michigan
- Truck-home option available for qualified drivers outside the county
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven sales ability (in-home or high-ticket preferred)
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Comfortable climbing roofs and working outside
- Basic tech skills (phone, CRM follow-up)
- Must be able to obtain Michigan sales licensing (we assist)
