What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender position at CS RESORT MANAGER?
Crystal Springs Resort is seeking Bartenders to create a welcoming, high-end hospitality experience that consistently meets and exceeds guest expectations while upholding the resort’s elevated food and beverage standards.
Responsibilities:
- Execute daily à la carte beverage service with professionalism and consistency
- Complete daily bar checklists and service station duties; report any discrepancies to Food & Beverage management
- Communicate equipment, maintenance, and sanitation needs to the Food & Beverage Director
- Ensure proper storage, organization, and cleanliness of all bar equipment and supplies
- Maintain a safe and sanitary working environment at all times
- Follow all company procedures for accidents and injuries as outlined in the employee handbook
- Comply with all sanitation, hygiene, and food safety standards
- Arrive to work on time in proper uniform and prepared for shift responsibilities
- Accurately clock in and out at scheduled times
- Provide attentive, professional service to all guests in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- Prior bartending experience required
- Strong ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent communication skills with guests, coworkers, and management
- Weekday, weekend, and holiday availability required
- Strong teamwork skills and professional demeanor
