Responsibilities
- Lead and manage regional operations spanning 9 states, directly accountable for $130 million in annual revenue.
- Develop and implement regional business strategies to drive growth, profitability, and market share.
- Oversee P&L, budgeting, and financial controls, ensuring targets are consistently met or exceeded.
- Build, mentor, and retain high-performing teams, fostering a culture of safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with major clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure operational efficiency, service quality, and continuous improvement across all facilities.
- Align regional initiatives with broader company objectives and collaborate with executive leadership.
- Senior executive experience in Logistics, Transportation, or Supply Chain Management, with a focus on Final Mile or last-mile delivery.
- Demonstrated success managing multi-state operations with significant P&L responsibility (at least $100M ).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to drive growth, optimize operations, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
