Job Title : HR Manager
Location : Euless, TX
Duration : Full-Time
Pay Rate : $66K-$75K BOE
Job Duties :
- Oversee payroll, benefits, FMLA, and worker's compensation administration.
- Utilize Paycom for payroll and HR management; experience with Paycom is preferred but not required.
- Handle all HR functions with minimal focus on recruiting and employee development due to low turnover and long tenure of current staff.
- Manage employee files, perform data entry, and handle new hires and terminations.
- Execute additional HR-related tasks as needed.
Job Requirements :
Salary : $66,000 - $75,000
