As a Special Education Paraprofessional, you’ll be an essential part of a student’s success team—providing encouragement, individualized support, and hands-on assistance throughout the school day. Working alongside teachers and support staff, you’ll help students build academic, social, behavioral, and life skills while creating a safe, positive environment where they feel supported, valued, and capable of success.
