Are you outgoing, relationship-driven, and passionate about connecting with people in your community? We’re looking for a Local Marketing & Business Development Representative to help grow our vacation rental management company through genuine local partnerships and homeowner relationship
s.
This is not a cold-calling role it’s a community-facing position where you’ll represent the company at local events, business mixers, realtor meetings, and throughout the Galveston ar
ea.
What You’ll
Do:• Attend networking events, Chamber of Commerce meetings, and realtor open ho
uses• Build relationships with local real estate agents and business ow
ners• Create cross-promotional partnerships with restaurants, vendors, shops, and activity provi
ders• Identify and connect with homeowners interested in vacation rental manage
ment• Educate potential clients on the benefits of professional property manage
ment• Stay informed on local tourism trends, regulations, and competitor acti
vity• Maintain ongoing follow-up and relationship management with leads and part
ners

For:• Confident and personable in face-to-face interac
tions• Strong networking and relationship-building s
kills• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a local schedule independ
ently• Background in hospitality, vacation rentals, sales, or real estate is a
plus• Reliable transportation for travel within Galveston C
ounty• Must live locally or be available to work in the Galveston area
