We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor CNC machines, stamping presses, and lathes to produce components according to specifications.
- Set up machines for production runs, including loading materials and adjusting settings as necessary.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and ensure adherence to GD&T standards.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.
- Troubleshoot machine issues and make necessary adjustments or repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and improve processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing facility.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with CNC machining, stamping presses, lathes, and other manufacturing equipment.
- Proficient in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Understanding of GD&T principles is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
