About the Opportunity
CS Field Services is expanding its network of independent contractors. We’re looking for detail-oriented professionals and small business owners ready to perform property inspections and related field assignments for mortgage and real estate clients.
You’ll represent our team in the field, documenting property conditions, ensuring work orders are completed accurately, and submitting reports through our secure web and mobile systems.
What You’ll Do
· Visit homes or properties to document their current condition (outside and sometimes inside)
- Capture and upload photos, reports, and documentation using mobile tools
- Communicate with your Field Service Coordinator regarding job updates and follow-ups
- Manage your own route planning, tools, and timeframes to meet deadlines
What You’ll Need
- Current government-issued ID
- Reliable transportation (vehicle, insurance, valid license)
- Smartphone or tablet with internet access
- Basic tools for completing inspection-related tasks
- The ability to manage your own schedule and deliver on time

Compensation
This is a contractor position (1099).
