- Manage front desk responsibilities, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professionalism and warmth
- Handle multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and route calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records through filing, proofreading, and updating databases
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools for document creation, editing, and collaboration
- Support office management tasks such as calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to ensure accurate financial records
- Provide exceptional customer service by supporting clients and internal teams with their administrative needs
- Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial record-keeping
- Excellent phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members
