CS Construction is looking to build a strong team for upcoming self-performed concrete foundation work. We are hiring experienced concrete professionals with foundation experience, and we are especially interested in connecting with individuals who may be able to step into lead responsibilities.

We are looking for people with experience in:
- Concrete foundations
- Footings
- Stem walls
- Form setting and formwork for foundation systems
- Rebar installation
- Anchor bolt and embed placement
- Layout assistance
- Slab prep related to foundation scope
- Reading plans and understanding foundation details
- Leading small crews or directing work in the field
Potential roles may include:
- Concrete Laborers
- Concrete Carpenters
- Foundation Specialists
- Foreman / Lead Concrete Specialists
What we are looking for:
- Prior concrete foundation experience required
- Ability to work safely, efficiently, and with attention to detail
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
- Ability to lift, carry, bend, kneel, and perform physical work throughout the day
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Leadership experience is a plus for lead-level candidates
- Valid driver’s license preferred
