Responsibilities
- Minimum 2 years of professional cleaning experience (residential preferred)
- Reliable personal vehicle for travel between client locations
- Own cleaning supplies and equipment
- Valid U.S. bank account for direct deposit
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Being punctual
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial work; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and sanitation practices to ensure hygienic environments
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment
- Familiarity with laundry processes and housekeeper management is advantageous
- Previous house cleaning experience demonstrating attention to detail and reliability
