We're seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence, create compelling content, grow our online community, and help tell the Crystorama story across today's leading digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Crystorama's social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including Reels, Stories, Shorts, and video-first campaigns.
- Manage the social content calendar in coordination with product launches, events, trade shows, and marketing campaigns.
- Write compelling social copy that reflects Crystorama's premium brand voice.
- Grow and engage our online community by responding to comments, messages, and conversations.
- Build and manage relationships with designers, influencers, and content creators, including outreach, product gifting, and campaign execution.
- Collaborate with photographers, videographers, designers, and the marketing team to produce exceptional visual content.
- Track social media and influencer performance, analyze key metrics, and recommend improvements.
- Stay current on platform trends, AI tools, and emerging best practices to keep Crystorama at the forefront of social media.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of social media management experience for a consumer brand or agency.
- Proven success managing multiple social media platforms and creating original content.
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Experience with influencer marketing and creator partnerships.
- Proficiency with social media management platforms and creative tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or Premiere Pro.
- Strong understanding of analytics, reporting, and social media KPIs.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Interest in interior design, home décor, or the luxury home furnishings industry is a plus.
