About the Role:
As a Lead Toddler Teacher at Crystal's Cuddle Bugs Childcare Center, you will play a crucial role in shaping the minds of our youngest learners. Lead Toddler Teacher Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate's/Bach degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, or CDA or other DHS qualifying certification
- State certification in Early Childhood Education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff
Lead Toddler Teacher Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with diverse populations and inclusive classrooms
- Experience working with toddlers in a classroom setting
- Experience with emergent curriculum and play-based learning
- Knowledge of child development and early childhood education best practices
Lead Toddler Teacher Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that meets the needs of each child
