Job Description:
We're seeking a detail-oriented and physically fit individual to join our team as a Crystal Packer! As a Packer, you'll be responsible for carefully packing and shipping crystal products to our customers. Your attention to detail and ability to lift up to 50 pounds will ensure our products arrive safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Pack crystal products into boxes and containers for shipping
- Wrap crystals in protective materials to prevent damage
- Lift and move boxes and crates of various weights
- Unpack and process new arrival crystal
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Meet shipping deadlines to ensure timely delivery
- Verify orders to prevent mixing crystals with other customers' orders
- Report any broken crystals to supervisor and seek advice before packing
- Work flexible hours, including 6-8 hours a day, with occasional extra hours
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in a warehouse or shipping environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying workloads
- Must be willing to work extra hours as needed
