- Welcome and assist clients visiting our showroom, providing an outstanding customer experience.
- Conduct engaging product presentations tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support clients already in the decision-making process.
- Address client inquiries professionally and knowledgeably, offering detailed product insights.
- Assist clients with quotes and provide guidance on next steps in the sales process.
- Maintain and organize the showroom to ensure a professional appearance.
- Input client information and track interactions in our CRM system (HubSpot).
- Stay up-to-date on Crystalia Glass products and industry trends.
- Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role or client communication is required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Sales Support: Strong ability to present products and assist with closing deals.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient with CRM tools (HubSpot experience is a plus).
- Professionalism: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
