Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Print Operator to run our DTF Printers. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in various printing processes, including screen printing and DTF printing, or will be willing and ready to learn. This role requires a strong understanding of graphic design principles, color management, and prepress processes to deliver high-quality print products that meet client specifications or the ability to learn quickly through hands on training.
Experience with Computers, especially building a pc from components is a huge plus. Mechanical skills and troubleshooting will be a part of everyday life.

Schedule:
Friday - Tuesday 2pm to 11pm
You must be flexible, we need open availability. Your schedule may be changed to Sunday - Thursday 8am-5pm. We have to keep the printers running around the clock. Overtime will be available and must be worked when offered.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily print operations to ensure timely production and delivery of print jobs.
- Oversee the setup, operation, and maintenance of printing equipment, including DTF printers and Quality Control.
- Print, QC, Pack, and Ship all orders.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure all artwork is prepared correctly for production.
- Implement quality control measures throughout the printing process to maintain high standards.
- Maintain accurate records of production output and inventory levels.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the printing process to minimize downtime.
Requirements
- Experience with quality control processes in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other machinery safely.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively lead a team and collaborate with other departments.
