Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist at Crystal Structures in the Wichita, Kansas Metropolitan Area. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries, providing technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and utilizing analytical skills for problem-solving. This role will support our service department and report directly to the Service Manager. This role will identify opportunities for part sales using consumer information, existing job files, and historical records. This individual will help drive Crystal Structures’ efforts to reconnect with past customers. Must have construction knowledge, blueprint reading a bonus.
Additional Responsibilities:
· Inbound operator- Assistant in directing calls to the appropriate parties.
· Retail Sales- Run the retail sales as the service department grows
· Daily work:
· File conversion
· Intake customer forms
· Estimating part orders
· Freight quotes
· Marketing
· Customer Service introduction calls
This on-site role is an HOURLY position:
· 40-hour work week, minimum
· Monday-Thursday, 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- 1 hour lunch (as scheduled with Customer Service Manager)
· Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

· Associates degree or higher is a plus
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 45.0 per week
