YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR BEHAVIOR SPECIALIST
In this full-time home health care role, you'll provide direct behavioral support in a variety of settings-home, school, community, and clinic. You'll implement individualized behavior support plans, collect detailed data, and assist in developing effective interventions. Each day brings new opportunities to empower individuals, celebrate progress, and be a steady, positive force in their lives.
REQUIREMENTS
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with people with special needs or in a residential care setting
- Experience with special needs, ABA, PBS, or Trauma-Informed Care
- Willingness to obtain CPR, First Aid, and non-violent physical intervention certifications within 3 months
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
A degree or coursework in psychology, education, or a related field is preferred, along with a preference for candidates who are Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT).
