Job Summary: Crystal River Spas is seeking a highly organized and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the operations of our Service Department, Delivery Department, Water Care Department, Warehouse, and Inventory for all locations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a solid background in managing various operational aspects of a business. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of these departments to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of inventory control.

Responsibilities:
Department Management:
- Supervise and lead the departments and inventory teams
- Develop and implement departmental goals, strategies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and productivity
- Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to team members
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Service Department:
- Oversee all aspects of the Service Department, including scheduling and dispatching service technicians, managing service requests, and ensuring timely and quality service delivery
- Monitor and analyze service metrics, such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction, and take corrective action as needed
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient service coordination, spare parts availability and customer support
Delivery Department:
- Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate customer deliveries and address any logistical challenges
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices during delivery and installation activities
Water Care Department:
- Oversee the water care department responsible for water testing, chemical recommendations, and water treatment education for customers
- Develop and maintain water care protocols and guidelines
- Ensure adequate inventory of water care products and accessories
Warehouse & Inventory Management:
- Supervise the warehouse team and maintain accurate inventory records
- Optimize inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure the availability of products while minimizing holding costs
- Implement inventory control procedures, including cycle counts, stock rotation, and proper storage techniques
- Collaborate with the purchasing team to forecast inventory needs and maintain healthy stock levels
Process Improvement:
- Continuously evaluate operational processes and identify areas for improvement
- Implement strategies and initiatives to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to assess departmental performance and identify opportunities for optimization
Requirements:
- Operations management or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a retail or customer service-oriented industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of inventory management best practices and experience with inventory control systems and software
- Familiarity with customer service principles and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including MS Office Suite
