What You'll Do

As a CNA, you will provide direct resident care and assist residents with activities of daily living while helping create a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment.

Daily Responsibilities Include

• Assisting residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene
• Helping residents with mobility, transfers, repositioning, and transportation throughout the facility
• Recording vital signs, weights, food intake, and other resident information
• Answering call lights promptly and responding to resident needs
• Observing and reporting changes in resident condition to licensed nursing staff
• Assisting residents during meals and encouraging proper nutrition and hydration
• Maintaining clean, organized, and comfortable resident rooms
• Supporting restorative and rehabilitative care programs
• Ensuring resident dignity, privacy, and respect at all times
• Working closely with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to provide exceptional care
  
  

Required Qualifications

What We're Looking For

✔ Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification

✔ Ability to provide compassionate and quality resident care

✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills

✔ Dependable attendance and professional work ethic

✔ Ability to follow care plans and facility procedures

Preferred Qualifications

✔ CPR Certification

✔ Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care experience

✔ Experience with PointClickCare (PCC)
