As a CNA at Crystal Ridge Care Center, you will provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents while supporting their comfort, safety, and dignity. You'll work closely with nursing staff to deliver high-quality care in accordance with each resident's care plan.
Key Responsibilities (Summary)
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Accurately document care, vital signs, and food/fluid intake
- Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Support restorative and rehabilitative care as directed
- Maintain resident safety, privacy, and dignity at all times
- Follow infection control, safety, and confidentiality guidelines
- Promote a calm, respectful, and positive environment
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in good standing in the State of California
- CPR certification preferred
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
