- $61,000 your first year
- $1,500 sign-on bonus, additional $1,500 bonus after year 1, additional $2,000 bonus after year 2

The Schedule (Built for Real Life)

- Rotating days/nights (predictable schedule)
- 45-hour weeks
- 2, 3, and 4-day weekends built in
You’ll actually have time for your life outside of work.
The base shift allows everyone to have 2, 3 and 4-day weekends. The basic shift rotation is as follows:
Week 1: day shift, 45 hours, 3-day weekend
Week 2: day shift, 45 hours, 4-day weekend
Week 3: day shift, 45 hours, 2-day weekend
Week 4: night shift, 45 hours, 4-day weekend
Week 5: night shift, 45 hours, 3-day weekend
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work side-by-side with experienced operators to:
- Set up and run printing presses
- Learn multiple departments (presses, extrusion, graphics)
- Help produce high-quality packaging products
- Keep your work area clean and safe
We train you from the ground up. No experience? No problem.
If you’re dependable and willing to learn, we’ll teach you the rest.
