As a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant you will become one of the welcoming faces of Crystal Pools & Spas! This energetic role combines front desk responsibilities with vital computer support and excellent customer service. Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, creating a positive first impression for everyone entering the office.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette.
- Be familiar with inventory and stock shelves.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages with accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and digital documents using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using Excel to track expenses and invoices.
- Provide exceptional customer service support by answering questions, resolving issues promptly, and supporting client needs.
- Perform clerical duties such as proofreading documents, managing office supplies inventory, and ensuring the office runs smoothly.
- Proficiency with computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, ), Google Workspace applications (Gmail, Google Drive ), create advertising.
- Experience handling multi-line phone systems and providing excellent phone etiquette in a professional setting.
- Clerical experience involving filing systems, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence is preferred.
- Maintain a clean environment such as vaccuum, clean bathrooms and countertops.
Pay: $12.00 per hour
