About the Role
Do you enjoy helping people and making their day a little brighter? We’re looking for an entry-level Customer Service Representative who’s friendly, reliable, and excited to grow with us! You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—answering questions, solving problems, and making sure every interaction is a positive one.
No prior experience? No problem. If you bring the right attitude, we’ll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
What You’ll Do
Be the friendly face (or voice!) of our company.
Answer questions by phone, email, or in person.
Help customers with orders, returns, and everyday support.
Keep records organized and up to date.
Work with your teammates to find solutions and keep customers happy.
What We’re Looking For
A positive attitude and great communication skills.
Comfortable using email, Microsoft Office, and basic computer tools.
Organized, dependable, and eager to learn.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not necessary—we’ll train you!
