As the GM, you will be responsible for managing our day-to-day operations, ensuring that our facilities and services meet the needs of our community.
Responsibilities/Authority:
- Enforce the Covenants, By-Laws, and operating rules for property owners, reporting non-routine incidents to the Board and seeking policy clarification as needed.
- Oversee security for the Association's properties and contact county officials and law enforcement when necessary.
- Address requests and complaints from Association members to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
