Role Description The Rental Associate role is a full-time, on-site position located in Naples, FL at Crystal Lake RV Resort. In this role, the Rental Associate assists guests with RV site reservations, check-in and check-out processes, and responds to inquiries in person, by phone, and via email. Daily tasks include accurately managing booking information, processing payments, maintaining rental records, and coordinating with maintenance and other resort staff to ensure sites are prepared and issues are addressed promptly. The Rental Associate provides courteous customer service, offers information about resort amenities and local attractions, and helps resolve guest concerns in a timely and professional manner. The role may also involve light administrative duties such as filing, updating databases, and supporting office operations as needed.
