Job Summary
Crystal Irie creates handmade body oils, soaps, and skincare products. We’re looking for a reliable, creative, detail-oriented team member to help pack orders, assist with product production, and participate in social media content.
We’re a small team, so a positive attitude, respectful communication, and willingness to help each other are a must. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in presentation, and brings creative ideas to the team.
Responsibilities
- Pick, check, and carefully pack customer orders.
- Assist with making, filling, capping, labeling, and packaging products.
- Check finished products for accuracy, secure closures, and quality.
- Assemble product sets and bundles.
- Restock supplies and organize inventory.
- Keep production and packing areas clean.
- Appear on camera for behind-the-scenes videos, packing content, and product demonstrations.
- Support other daily production and fulfillment tasks.
Requirements
- A positive, cooperative attitude.
- Creativity
- Social media content experience, including familiarity with TikTok and Instagram.
- Comfort appearing and speaking on camera.
- Strong attention to detail and careful product handling.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to follow instructions, receive feedback, and adapt as priorities change.
- Comfort with repetitive tasks, standing for portions of the shift, and handling products and supplies, with reasonable accommodation as needed.
- Availability Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM.
Packing or production experience is helpful. Social media experience may come from personal, business, or freelance projects.
