This position is for East Coast technical sales, located in CI’s second office in NC.

- Sales presentations : deliver technical presentations for Crystal Instruments product portfolio
- Product demos : conduct online or in-person product demonstration for potential customers
- Customer visits : identify opportunities for Crystal Instruments hardware
- Proposal writing : prepare RFI, RFQ, and RFP responses for potential customers
- Technical support : provide first line technical support in the sales process
- Installation support : support existing and new product installations for vibration test systems
- Record-keeping : organize records for existing customer warranty and support
- Expected travel : 40% of the time
