Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely to move raw materials and finished products within the facility
- Use hand tools, power tools, and paint sprayers to assemble, fabricate, or repair metal components
- Support fabrication activities by cutting, welding, grinding, or assembling metal parts with accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols at all times
Skills
- Proficiency in operating forklifts and crane systems for materials handling
- Strong mechanical knowledge across manufacturing processes and equipment maintenance
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, airless paint sprayers, and precision measuring instruments
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow efficiency
- Warehouse experience with inventory management and materials organization
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and adjustments accurately
