Commercial Account Representative / Estimator Job Overview
Crystal Image Cleaning is seeking a professional, dependable, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Commercial Account Representative / Estimator. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting with customers, inspecting commercial facilities, preparing estimates, stepping in to assist in janitorial cleaning if needed if there is a no-call no-show, and assisting with day-to-day office operations.
The successful candidate will serve as a representative of Crystal Image Cleaning by building relationships with current and prospective customers, conducting site visits, performing quality inspections, and helping support the General Manager with various administrative and operational tasks.
This part-time position has the potential to grow into a full-time opportunity based on performance and company needs. Initial training will be provided, and a company vehicle is available while performing company-related duties.
Key Responsibilities: Customer Relations & Site Inspections
- Visit commercial customer locations to conduct routine quality inspections
- Meet with customers to discuss service concerns, special requests, and overall satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients
- Communicate customer feedback to management and assist in resolving concerns promptly
Estimating & Sales Support
- Meet with prospective customers to evaluate service needs
- Prepare estimates and proposals for:
- Commercial Janitorial Services
- Window Cleaning
- Carpet Cleaning
- Floor Care Services
- Power Washing
- Specialty Cleaning Services
- Conduct property walkthroughs and gather measurements as needed
- Follow up with prospective customers regarding submitted estimates
Office & Administrative Support
- Assist the Owner and General Manager with various office tasks and projects
- Support daily operational needs as assigned
Operations Support
- Assist with quality control inspections and special projects
- Deliver supplies or equipment when needed
- Keep shop areas organized and assist with inventory ordering
- Help maintain equipment and keep equipment organized and ready for use
- Assist with employee training and job-site support as necessary
- Help ensure company standards and customer expectations are consistently met
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Sales, estimating, property management, janitorial, or customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record required
