At Crystal House Cleaning, we're building the most trusted, modern cleaning company in the DMV. We deliver premium, detail driven cleaning experiences for homes and businesses across Arlington, Alexandria, DC, Baltimore, and surrounding areas.
We're looking for a professional, reliable cleaner to take on a brand new wellness studio account in Baltimore. This is specialty work in a beautiful space, and we want someone who takes pride in doing it right.
Position Details
Role: Wellness Studio Cleaner Pay: $20–$25/hour, based on experience Location: Fells Point, Baltimore, MD Schedule: One day a week, Sundays 6:30 PM

What You'll Do
- Deep clean a wellness studio: saunas, showers, salt room, plunge room, lounge and locker areas
- Follow our Crystal Standard checklist for every visit
- Scrub and descale tile, glass, fixtures and floor drains
- Care for cedar and sauna wood using approved, wood safe products
- Vacuum, mop, sanitize and restock throughout the space
- Leave the building secure and ready to open
What We're Looking For
- Based in or near Baltimore, with reliable transportation
- Available Sunday evenings, consistently
- Detail oriented, especially in bathrooms and wet areas
- Comfortable working independently and locking up on your own
- Prior commercial or hospitality cleaning experience is a plus, not a requirement
