About the Role
Crystal Hospitality is seeking a highly driven Project Manager to lead hospitality renovation and conversion projects across the country. This role is responsible for owning the full project lifecycle, from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at a high level of quality.
This is a client-facing leadership role requiring strong communication, organization, and the ability to perform under tight timelines and high-pressure environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full project lifecycle including preconstruction, execution, and closeout
- Organize and lead OAC meetings and internal project meetings, including agenda creation, documentation, and follow-ups
- Coordinate closely with Procurement (takeoffs, purchasing, lead times, and material tracking)
- Collaborate with Design teams to propose alternatives, solutions, and value engineering options
- Work alongside Architecture teams to review plans, troubleshoot issues, and field verify dimensions
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
- Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and consultants across multiple projects
- Identify risks early and implement proactive solutions
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, ADA requirements, and local regulations
- Provide clear and consistent communication with clients and stakeholders
- Conduct site visits and maintain alignment between field and office teams
Qualifications
- 2 years of Project Management experience in construction
- Experience in hospitality, commercial interiors, or renovation projects preferred
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and project workflows
- Experience with Procore or similar project management platforms
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments
