About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring vital signs.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely.
- Educate patients and families on disease management, treatment plans, and preventive care.
- Maintain compliance with infection control protocols and ensure a sterile environment during procedures, including sterile processing and specimen collection processing.
- Provide specialized care in designated clinical areas.
- Monitor patients’ responses to treatments and medications, making necessary adjustments for optimal outcomes.
Qualifications
- Valid RN/LPN license in the state of Iowa.
- Strong understanding of infection control practices and safety procedures.
- Excellent communication, compassion, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize effectively.
