Residential Cleaner

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing various areas of the home.
• Launder linens and other household items as needed.
• Maintain floor care by sweeping, mopping, and polishing surfaces.
• Conduct residential cleaning duties such as kitchen sanitation, bathroom cleaning, and living area tidying.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences.
• Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently while adhering to established schedules.
• Assist with carpet cleaning and other specialized cleaning services as required.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained in good condition.
• Assist with light cooking and snacks for minor children

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial work; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is REQUIRED
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, sanitation standards, and laundry procedures
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, carpet cleaners, buffers, and steam cleaners safely and effectively
• Familiarity with janitorial supplies management and basic maintenance tasks
• Previous experience in housekeeping management or hotel housekeeping roles is advantageous
• Reliable transportation to travel between client locations efficiently
