What You'll Do
- Manage customer programs and projects from launch through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Serve as the primary customer contact, providing program updates, coordinating meetings, and resolving issues proactively.
- Partner with scheduling, production, and leadership teams to forecast potential delays, develop contingency plans, and maintain project timelines.
- Lead new product launches, new customer implementations, and other strategic growth initiatives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, timelines, and ROI metrics for assigned programs.
- Identify project risks, resolve issues, and escalate resource or strategic concerns when needed.
- Lead cross-functional teams, delegate responsibilities, and ensure team members have the resources needed for success.
- Track project KPIs, analyze performance results, and drive continuous improvement through customer feedback and operational data.
- Support business growth by identifying new opportunities and developing account strategies aligned with customer and company objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, Manufacturing, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
- 3 years of project management, program management, account management, or manufacturing leadership experience.
- Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, budgets, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving project execution.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking tools.
Work Environment & Travel
- Combination of office and manufacturing plant environments.
- Regular interaction with production teams, customers, and vendors.
- Exposure to manufacturing processes and materials; appropriate safety procedures required.
- Travel up to 25%, including visits to Crystal Finishing Systems locations, customers, and vendors.
