What You’ll Do:
- Manage key HR processes, including employee relations, compliance, and talent development.
- Coach supervisors/managers on their communication, feedback, recognition, and performance expectations with direct reports.
- Handles and attends employee relations counseling, disciplinary process, terminations, and exit interviewing for assigned area.
- Partner with leadership to address concerns, foster communication, and drive performance.
- Provide guidance on benefits, leave management, and workplace safety.
- Stay current on HR trends, ensuring compliance and introducing best practices.
- Lead training sessions and initiatives that promote growth and engagement
- Ability to take initiative and be self-motivated, creative, and able to perform duties with minimal direction and supervision.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; 3 years of HR experience preferred.
- Expertise in employment law, HR systems, and conflict resolution.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach with integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
