Crystal Finishing Systems located in the bustling town of Mosinee, WI has an opportunity in our Extrusion department as a Utility Operator. This Friday-Sunday role plays a critical factor in our success.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Cross-train in all press operations to maximize efficiency.
- Optimize die order and press settings for best output.
- Identify and fix issues causing scrap to improve efficiency.
- Inspect samples to meet customer specifications and maintain quality.
Perform maintenance and ensure proper loading to prevent downtime.
WHO ARE YOU
- Knowledge of production operations and experience in a manufacturing environment beneficial.
- Previous work experience on an extrusion press is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to read and operate a tape measure, caliper, and micrometer helpful.
- Entry level computer experience useful.
