About the Role
Crystal Falls Mini Golf & Ice Cream Shop in Benzonia is hiring an experienced Summer Manager to run our seasonal operation. You'll oversee both the mini golf course and the ice cream shop, leading a small crew through our busy summer season.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the mini golf course and ice cream shop
- Schedule, train, and supervise summer staff
- Handle opening, closing, and daily cash management
- Order supplies and manage inventory
- Resolve customer issues and ensure a great guest experience
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
Qualifications
- Prior management or supervisory experience required
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and communication
- Reliable, hands-on, and able to work independently
- Available to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods and handle a fast-paced environment
Schedule
- Seasonal position: May through September (approximately 15 weeks) 35-45 hours per week
- Weekends and holidays required
