Requirements
What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production, processing, and packaging equipment.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant machinery and systems.
- Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to maximize equipment reliability.
- Follow all food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or food production environment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, controls, PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Ammonia refrigeration experience is preferred.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Position Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to stand, walk, kneel, climb, and bend throughout the workday.
- Comfortable working in wet, refrigerated, and high-noise manufacturing environments.
- Flexibility to work any shift, including overtime, weekends, and holidays, as business needs require.
- Must successfully pass pre-employment background screening and drug testing.
