What are the responsibilities and job description for the CDL Class A or B Drivers position at Crystal Coast Marine Contracting?
Construction company in Swansboro, North Carolina is looking for a CDL dump truck driver who will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of products to our various job sites and local customers.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
Haul dirt and rock from various pits/rock plants to specified job sites
Haul away construction debris to various dump locations
Keep accurate records of loads hauled
Re-fuel and clean vehicle
Report road incidents
Follow traffic laws and safety procedures
Inspect trucks and record issues
Follow accident procedures
Report mechanical problems
Maintain a positive and professional attitude
Keep commercial driver's license and medical card up to date
Be familiar with NCDOT and FMCSA Clearinghouse rules and registration for CDL drivers.
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:
CDL License Required
Clean driving record
Must be able to obtain military base pass
Dump Truck Experience - Triaxle
Must be at least 21 years of age with a minimum of 7 years of dump truck experience
Dependability
Professionalism
Must be able to work well in a team environment, handle customers tactfully and adapt well to changing schedule
Must present a neat and professional appearance as a company representative when dealing with clients
