What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Painter (Full-Time) - 2nd Shift position at CRYSTAL CLINIC ORTHOPEDIC CENT?
The Essentials:
- Schedule: Full-Time (40 hrs/week) | 2nd Shift | 3PM-11:30PM
- Location: Fairlawn, OH
- Specialties: Facilities
- Travel: May be required to travel between clinic locations as needed
What You’ll Do:
- Responsible for maintaining primarily interior finishes including but not limited to painted walls/surfaces, wall covering, laminates, etc. Performs wall repairs and minor maintenance items.
- Develops and maintains finish records of all facilities to support consistency and quality across locations.
- Read blueprints, work orders, and instructions to assess scope of work; measure surfaces accurately to determine material needs; calculate costs and assist with pricing as needed.
- Adhere to all safety requirements, participate in required meetings, and follow organizational policies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in field or profession preferred; Prior experience in painting and application of finishes required; Prior experience of surface repair preferred.
- Skills: Knowledge of painting tools and equipment required; General Maintenance and Carpentry skills including laminate installation/repair are a plus.
